These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CaliFitness website and services. By using our website or engaging CaliFitness Inc. ("CaliFitness", "we", "us", or "our") for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
CaliFitness provides fitness equipment repair, installation, maintenance, sales, rental, flooring, and home gym build-out services. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline of any project will be set out in a written quote, work order, or service agreement, which together with these Terms form the complete agreement between us.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on equipment condition, parts availability, and on-site findings. We will obtain your authorization before performing any work that materially exceeds the quoted amount.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on each invoice. Past-due balances may be subject to late fees and collection costs. We accept all major credit cards, ACH, and check payments.
Warranties
Labor performed by CaliFitness is warranted for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing. Replacement parts are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. We do not warrant equipment beyond what is provided by the original manufacturer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CaliFitness's total liability arising out of any service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Cancellations
Service appointments may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a trip charge.
Use of the website
You agree to use the CaliFitness website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use of the website by others.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Fresno County, California.
