Overview

Everything you need from a trusted Central Valley partner

Treadmills are the hardest-working machines on any gym floor, and they fail in predictable ways: worn running belts, dried-out decks, failing drive motors, and glitchy controller boards. Our factory-trained technicians diagnose the real cause instead of guessing, then repair it with OEM-spec parts. From a single home treadmill to a 40-unit cardio theater, we replace belts and decks, service drive and incline motors, swap rollers and bearings, and rebuild consoles so your members never see an 'out of order' sign.

Same-week appointments

Treadmills down means members unhappy. We schedule most calls the same or next business day to keep your floor full.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Why is my treadmill belt slipping or hesitating?

It's usually a combination of a worn or under-lubricated belt and deck, incorrect belt tension, or a stretched drive belt. In higher-mileage machines a failing motor controller can also cause hesitation. We diagnose all four before quoting a repair.

How often should a commercial treadmill be serviced?

High-traffic treadmills should be inspected and lubricated every 3 months, lower-volume units every 6 months. Regular belt and deck maintenance is the cheapest way to avoid a costly motor or controller replacement.

Is it worth repairing an older treadmill?

Often yes — commercial decks and motors are built to be rebuilt. We diagnose first and give you an honest repair-vs-replace recommendation based on the cost of parts versus the unit's remaining life.
